1. Are your products handmade?

Yes. All of our products are not only handmade, but we also make sure all containers and jars are sterilized.  We use sanitary protocols to make sure our customers are getting the best care in packaging.

2. Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are GMO, vegan and cruelty free.  We use only organic and natural ingredients. 

3. Do you restock products when they are out of stock?

Yes, as a customer you can fill out the " notify me when this item is back in stock".

4. Where can I purchase Naturals Of Eden products?

5. Does body butters melt during transit?

Body butters may melt during summer months or soften during transit.  this does not take away the quality of the butters. In high temperatures, there is a possibility that your butter may soften (not melt). Simply refrigerate for 1 to 2 hrs. or you can let the butters sit at room temperature to solidify. 

6. How long is the shelf life for Naturals of Eden butters, scrubs and whipped soaps?

 BODY BUTTERS -ONE TO TWO YEARS.

BODY SCRUBS - ONE YEAR OR MORE.

 WHIPPED FOAMING SOAPS - 12 MONTHS.

7.  Are the products returnable?

UNFORTUNATELY NO. DUE TO SANITARY REASONS, THERE ARE NO RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

8. Are any of your products edible ?

No.  Please do not consume products.  If swallowed, please seek medical attention immediately!!  Please keep out of the reach of children.

9. How often do you restock ?

  Bi-weekly to Monthly.

11. How can I change my address after I placed an order ?

You may email customer service immediately with your name and correct address at info@naturals-of-eden.com before your order ships out.

12. When will my order ship ?

All orders are sent via USPS  within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday. 

13. What happens if my order is returned to sender ?

If your order is returned to sender you will be refunded back to your original method of payment on the products you purchased and not the shipping fee.

14. Does your products contain nuts?

Yes, most of our products contain some sort of nuts especially body butters.  Please check our ingredients list for more information.

15. I have sensitive skin and worry about breakouts.  What should I do?

All though we use all natural and organic ingredients, some people still may have allergies to natural products.  We recommend that you do a patch test to a small area of your body to ensure there are no allergies.

16. My tracking number states that my package was delivered but it was stolen from my address.  Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once orders leave our company, your package is under the responsibility of USPS. Your tracking number is your official record of proof.  All customers claiming lost/stolen items must file a claim directly with USPS.  All orders take a processing time of 1 to 3 business days.  Shipping delivery time can vary with USPS.  Usually on average 1 to 3 business days but there can be delays.  Especially during holidays.

17. My package was damaged while in transit. Can you issue me a refund? 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.
Once orders leave our company, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with usps.com.

18. Can I cancel my order once my purchase is made ?

Yes, you can cancel your order before you have received your tracking information/shipping label. If you received a tracking number already, your order has already been processed and cannot be canceled.
