Refund policy

DUE TO SANITARY REASONS, THERE ARE NO RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

There may be a delay with your package with USPS, due to impacts of covid19

 If your package is sent back due to incorrect address, you will have to pay to reship it or you will be subjected to a refund (not including shipping). Naturals Of Eden inspects every product before leaving our company to insure that our customers receive the best quality of products. 

  We are not responsible for damaged products once items are shipped from our company.  Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item. You have 24 hours to contact us so that the issue can be corrected.  We will try our best to make it right.  If you’ve received the wrong item, please EMAIL US with picture as proof to info@naturals-of-eden.com.
