Shipping policy

All items need a PROCESSING TIME,  between 3-5 business days and 5-12 days during holidays,. PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE TIMES WHEN ORDERS ARE AT HIGH VOLUME which also can delay a package. 

All orders are shipped through USPS.   USPS usually takes about 1-3 business days to deliver U.S. orders (not including weekends or holidays).

PLEASE MAKE SURE AT CHECKOUT THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT TO AVOID DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE.

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received your package or if your package is still in transit, you must contact USPS with tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed.

*Naturals Of Eden is not responsible for orders once shipped. It is the responsibility of the carrier and it's the responsibility of the customer to communicate with the carrier regarding lost or stolen items.

 CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. 

 Once you order, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to your email address.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has  shipped. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has shipped, Please refer to tracking number. 

If you have an issue with your order ONCE IT IS SHIPPED a claim can be filed with USPS for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
